Can breathing calmly change the way we create?

We tried 3 breathing methods, that are used to help us refocus our energy…. It just so happened to be pajama day !! HOW COOL IS THAT?!
Back to back breathing
Elephant breathing
Shoulder roll breathing
Deep breathing exercises are a great way to calm down and help refocus. These exercises were simple, engaging, and FUN! Afterward, students were able to create a small holiday craft with a clear mind.
