It is important that the kids improve both aspects as it will make everyday tasks easier to complete. Students learned cost efficient and easy to do exercises to do on their own. These exercises include push ups, crunches, planks, and prone walkout. It was a good way for the kids to have friendly competition as well as improve their physical ability. No pain no gain
