Challenge Yourself

Challenge 1

Put yourself in unfamiliar situations. This is the only way to see what you are made of. You fail 100% of opportunities you do not take. Challenge yourself. You won’t ever be able to dribble or make a layup with your weak hand if you do not try. You will not be the best you can be if you do not practice. Consistency is the key. Do not ever say “I Can’t”. Say “I do not know how to yet”. At the beginning of our exercise the students seemed overwhelmed and intimidated by the task of dribbling through the cones with their off-hand. After practicing proper technique:

  • Stay Low
  • Use Your Fingertips
  • Keep Your Head Up
  • Practice At Your Own Pace

The students were making moves, smiling and having fun. Remember, pace yourself. Life is not a race. Mind your business, take your time and the results will come.Challenge 2
